Infrared heating tube is a tubular heater based on the principle of infrared ray. It has the characteristics of high quality, high thermal efficiency, high power density, rapid temperature rise, power saving, long service life, etc. it is an energy-saving heating technology developed rapidly in the 1980s. It is listed as a key promotion project in China, and has achieved gratifying economic benefits.

Infrared ray is widely used in industrial heating or drying, such as the process of surface heating, drying and curing in automobile, plastic, printing, glass, textile, food, metal parts, circuit board packaging, film and electronic fields.

Quartz near-infrared ray, far-infrared ray adopts transparent or translucent quartz glass as the lamp shell, which can produce near-infrared or far-infrared radiation spectrum. Infrared ray is a kind of electromagnetic wave, which propagates at the speed of light and carries high energy. The radiation intensity and wavelength of different types of infrared rays with the same power are different.

A. Long wave infrared (far infrared) has the following characteristics: fast heating speed, uniform heating, small thermal inertia, it takes only 1-3 minutes to reach the constant temperature of the element, high electric energy radiation conversion efficiency of 60%-75%, cold and hot do not explode, energy saving and long service life.

B. Short wave infrared (i.e. near infrared) has the characteristics of 1-3 seconds heating and cooling time, which makes the heating process control more flexible. The efficient and durable gold coated reflector of single tube and twin tube can achieve more than 96% radiation efficiency and long service life, generally more than 10000 hours. It is especially widely used for drying and curing of high-speed printing equipment. It can quickly heat the surface of objects for plastics, water and other solvents, and can be quickly absorbed by water film to achieve the drying effect.
